Mozu Support
Need a hand with Mozu? Email info@openhealth.co.jp. Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, what you were trying to do, and any message shown in the app. Do not email meal photos, voice recordings, or other sensitive information.
Meal analysis or search did not work
- Check that your iPhone is online, then try the request once more.
- Review every suggested food and serving before logging. Photo, voice, barcode, and search results are estimates and can be edited.
- If the wrong food was matched, send us the words you used or the barcode number and the approximate time of the request. Please do not send the original photo or recording.
Camera, photo library, or microphone permission
Open the iPhone Settings app, find Mozu, and enable the permission for the feature you want to use. Mozu asks only when you open a feature that needs that permission.
My local journal data
Mozu 1.0 does not require an account. Confirmed meals and journey progress are stored on your device, so they do not automatically move to another device or return after the app is deleted. You can remove a meal from inside the app or remove the app and its local data through iOS.
Privacy requests
Read the Mozu Privacy Policy for details about processing and retention. To make a privacy request, email info@openhealth.co.jp with the approximate date, time zone, input method, and search text or barcode involved.
Safety and nutrition information
Mozu provides editable nutrition estimates for journaling. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or replace advice from a qualified professional.
